Monthly Support Agreements
For churches and small businesses
We specialize in maintaining small business networks. We’ve developed a system that has proven to work well for small businesses with 5 to 50 or so computers. Some offices with even fewer computers can also benefit from our system. Our primary objective in getting a computer network running dependably is to get as much as possible centralized. The heart of this centralization is a good, dependable file server. Having all of the company’s important files, emails, contacts, etc., in one place is crucial to being able to get reliable daily backups. With a good server, we can also centralize the management of anti-virus and other security tools.
We offer ongoing maintenance contracts, in which we assume the responsibility of representing your company as an IT or technical contact. Among many other tasks, some of the most critical that we handle are

We represent your company as a technical contact when dealing with software, hardware, and other vendors beyond our scope of expertise or control. For instance, if you’re having problems with a special software package or your Internet is down, we can talk to the software support or ISP in your behalf, saving you the time and frustration of trying to make sense of their technical questions.
License and media organization – many companies don’t realize until it’s too late that they can’t locate the CD’s or licenses (installation keys) to reinstall their important software. We work with you to anticipate problems such as these BEFORE you need them.
Big-picture consultation – Rather than put out fires as they pop up, we believe in being proactive. An hour or two of consultation occasionally can often save a lot of work down the road.
End-user training – One of the biggest tools at our disposal today is making sure the user knows what’s going on and how to use the technology at their disposal. Thousands of dollars worth of security hardware and software can be rendered useless if the end user bypasses the entire system. A backup system that runs like clockwork doesn’t do anyone any good if the user is saving files to the wrong location. We offer routine training and refresher classes, as well as new employee basic training.
Most of our work can be done by secure remote access. This allows us to take care of problems and maintain the system outside normal working hours, thus avoiding interruption in your work-flow. In many cases, we can respond immediately to a problem as soon as you call, avoiding the need to schedule an on-site office visit. In fact, more than half of our support call issues are resolved within minutes of making the call!
As-needed vs. Contract
We’ve found that an ongoing service agreement is the best way to ensure that your system stays running at it’s best. However, we also offer assistance to customers without a maintenance agreement. Contract clients receive priority support and discounted pricing.

To arrange for a remote access support session to troubleshoot or repair PC or network problems, please call 910-315-9642. If a technician is not immediately available for a support session, an appointment can be made for a later time. In order for a remote access support session to be possible, your computer must be able to get to the Windows desktop and access the Internet. When instructed to do so by a technician, click on the button below to send invitation to the technician. The remote software only works for this session, and will be terminated after the session is over. If you require further assistance, you will have to come back to this page and send another invitation. Payment options will be arranged on the phone before remote session is initiated.
